Designing for High-Intent Buyer Conversion

The structural logic of this redesign focuses on the "First 60 Seconds" of a user's visit. By prioritizing a high-density "New Arrivals" feed and a filtered inventory engine, I stripped away the traditional dealership clutter. This wireframe-first approach ensures that accessibility and regional offer visibility are baked into the site’s DNA, creating a reliable foundation for the high-fidelity visual experience.

Designing a Seamless Digital Car-Buying Experience

This project demonstrates how thoughtful UX design can simplify complex journeys. By reimagining the user flow for vehicle discovery, comparison, and engagement, it delivers a clear, intuitive experience that balances usability with Nissan’s core values of reliability and innovation. The conceptual design highlights the importance of accessible, confident interactions in automotive e-commerce, creating a framework that could guide future digital experiences.
